No, and we won't pretend otherwise. A professional videographer brings dedicated cameras, pro audio, and a trained eye, and phone footage does not replace that. What this does is give couples whose budget cannot stretch to a videographer a real video of their day anyway: a few hundred dollars instead of a few thousand, shot by the people who know you best and edited by a professional. Expect candid and joyful rather than cinematic. And if you do have a videographer, we work happily alongside them and catch the moments their cameras miss.
If fewer than 10 usable clips arrive, we will not stretch them into a thin video. We will give you the gallery link instead, plus a partial refund.
You do. Your guests share clips for your private wedding collection. If a guest later asks for a clip to be removed, we will pull it.
Yes. You will get a private review link where you can watch every clip your guests send in and remove any of them: a bad angle, a duplicate, a moment you would rather keep private. Removing stays open for 48 hours, a full day after uploads close, and then the set locks so editing can begin. Removed clips are gone for good and never reach your video.
You choose the mood, such as romantic, upbeat, or nostalgic. Your editor then selects licensed music that fits, so your finished video is safe to share.
